They have extremely high academic research value and are known as the "Encyclopedia of Tibetan Culture in the World". It is not only a treasure trove of Tibetan culture, but also a gem in the cultural heritage of China and even the world.
Due to the factors of living area and social interaction, since ancient times, Kangba people have accepted the Yellow River culture from Qinghai, Gansu and other places, the Bashu culture from Sichuan and Chongqing, the Yangtze River culture, and the essence of multi-ethnic culture from Yunnan Bai, Yi, Naxi, Lisu and other ethnic groups, and integrated it into their own culture. The bold and rough, passionate and unrestrained, resolute and brave, loyal and righteous characters of Kangba men blend with this diverse culture, gradually forming a Kangba culture that is not only multi-faceted and multi-ethnic, but also has a unique personality and solemn religious color of Kangba region, with rich connotations and heritage. In various aspects such as language, clothing, religion, folk customs, residential architecture, and folk culture, it has its own distinct characteristics that distinguish it from other Tibetan regional cultures.
